Holding 0.005" tolerance in a 30" length or .0002" tolerances on size and location of holes in aluminum gear cases and covers are typical precision jobs at Bachman Machine Company. Accurate machining of a variety of materials including hardened ductile iron, aluminum, stainless steel and more is made possible through the use of the latest CNC controlled equipment and CAD/CAM software. Design control can be assured with a direct upload from our customer's files. Our CNC lathes, horizontal and vertical mills provide accuracy, repeatability and reliability. At Bachman, precision machining is routine!

Data Exchange

Can accept files in ProEngineer, AutoCAD, Master CAM, SolidWorks, CATIA, BlankWorks, Unigraphics and other CAD/CAM formats.
